Advertiser Terms & Conditions
1. Editorial Control
Orderoo reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any submitted content to ensure it aligns with our brand values, audience interests, and publishing guidelines. We maintain full editorial control over all published materials.
2. Content Standards
- All submitted content must:
- Be original, high-quality, and relevant to our focus areas (services, lifestyle, local business, wellness, etc.)
- Be a minimum of 700 words
- Include a high-resolution, horizontal banner image that is original and not copyrighted
- Avoid spammy or misleading language
- Not promote gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency, NFTs, forex trading, or illegal activities
- Not contain medical, legal, financial, or health advice or make claims that could be interpreted as expert guidance
We do not accept link exchange or reciprocal link requests. All backlinks must be part of genuine, paid advertising arrangements and subject to approval.
3. Backlink Policy
- Each article may include one permanent do-follow backlink, subject to approval.
- The advertiser’s link will remain live indefinitely.
- After 12 months, Orderoo reserves the right to add additional internal or external links within the article to support site updates, SEO improvements, or editorial relevance.
- The original advertiser link will not be removed or replaced unless it becomes broken, irrelevant, or violates updated policies.
NOTE: Orderoo does not engage in the buying or selling of backlinks purely for SEO purposes. All backlinks must serve a clear editorial and contextual purpose.
4. Content Ownership & Removal
Once published, the content becomes part of Orderoo’s platform and may not be removed or unpublished unless previously agreed. Requests for removal after publication may incur a removal fee.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in advance via Stripe.
- Custom rates may apply based on content volume, placement, or additional services.
- Work on content or placements will begin only after payment is received in full.
6. Revisions & Edits
Orderoo may suggest minor edits to improve clarity, formatting, or SEO alignment. Advertisers will be notified if substantial changes are needed. If edits are rejected or the article fails to meet guidelines after revisions, Orderoo reserves the right to decline publication without a refund.
7. Disclaimer
Orderoo does not guarantee any specific traffic, ranking improvement, or business outcome as a result of publishing sponsored content. All content is published as-is upon approval and is intended for informational purposes only.
8. Indemnity Clause
Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orderoo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the content submitted, including but not limited to copyright infringement or false claims.
