Once services are live in your area, you’ll be able to browse provider profiles, check availability, and book services at your place or the provider’s location through the Orderoo app or website. All bookings and payments will be managed securely within the platform.

    • Orderoo is being built to support instant and same-day bookings. When services are live, providers who are available for ASAP bookings will be clearly marked in the app. Instant availability will depend on the service type, provider availability, and your location.

    • Trust and transparency are important to Orderoo. As part of onboarding, providers will be required to complete identity (ID) verification, Australian Business Number (ABN) checks, and business verification. Verification status will be clearly displayed on provider profiles once services are live.

    • Payments will be processed securely through the Orderoo platform at the time of booking. Providers will receive payment after the service has been successfully completed.
